Prices listed are in INR and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Order Acceptance & Fulfilment

• Orders placed on our website or through direct communication are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

Certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or installed.

8. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

• AMC services are governed by a separate agreement signed between the client and Kozziby.
• Any hardware replacements under AMC will be charged separately unless explicitly included.
• Clients must provide access and cooperation for effective issue resolution.

9. Repairs & On-Site Support

• Repair service turnaround time depends on the nature of the issue and availability of parts.
• On-site visits are scheduled in advance and billed as per agreed terms unless covered under AMC.
• We do not guarantee data recovery or integrity during hardware repairs. Customers are advised to backup data.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, product images, brochures, and website material are the intellectual property of Kozziby Trading & Co. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to use the website for:

• Posting or transmitting unlawful or harmful material
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the website
• Disrupting site functionality or integrity

We reserve the right to restrict access or take legal action if misuse is detected.

12. Limitation of Liability
